Design Challenge: Create a logo and artwork for the Sacramento based Rock/Funk band Ten Foot Tiger. The artwork is for merchandise, flyers, album artwork and more.

Design Process and Solution: The band name inspired the tiger/caterpillar character. The drawing of the walking figure was the first creation, which inspired the tapestry. The tiger face logo was taken from the original illustration and digitized for use on the Ten Foot Tiger website and for merchandise. Each image has its own style while generally focusing on the tiger theme. The individual album EP covers on Apple Music were created to represent the specific songs. While black and orange are the primary colors, the rainbow theme is also used.

Software: Photoshop is the main program used to create the digital artwork. The traditional artworks are colored pencil illustrations, acrylic paint tapestries and screen printed shirts.
